Last post on the Year 2009

Well, before the year 2010 has reach i wanted update my recently stuffs...
During X'mas eve nothing excitement happened, juz have a feast spread at home with my Mum and 2nd sis...

On the exact day also stayed at home. In fact, doing my report, Findings as worried that i don't have time to do... Read my "Breaking Dawn" which borrowed very long from JH.... Hope she doesn't mind... HAHA

Glad for my performance as i spent about 4 days finished more than half of the book... Quite exciting throughout while i was reading... Can't wait to see the movie sia~

I tried to imagine as i read but some exciting parts which i feel that i hardly visualise it...

Movie Again...

Initially i feel the blue-skinned humans are scary but after watching i don't think the that way.
This time is free by my eldest sis's company. Although it's won't be happening in this world, I like the computer graphics effects which make it livid and the fantasy wildlife creatures.
Overall this movie is good!

Movie with Juhuan

Yesterday watched New Moon at Cineleisure, my remarks for this movie is SO-SO lei... Like most of the people had already watched. I like the part when Jake turns into wolf fight with Paul and they charged after Laure...
Looking forward for "Eclipse"... Suppose will be more exciting...

We arranged a lunch together at Amirah's Grill around Arab Street. Later went ION Orchard see the Xmas lighting....

Muffins

Last Sunday afternoon went to my eldest sis house to make muffins for my colleagues as a small token (last day of internship on 26Nov) . I bought some icing decorations at Boon Huat, cost me $40+ yet i didn't realized till i saw the total amount i have to pay.
Nevermind just once only i don't think i will do that again...
Overall, it was fun but quite troublesome as have to clear the mess in the kitchen...

Celebrated weiwei's belated B'day

Yesterday meet liwei & Amy at Raffles City after work. Had our dinner at a modern chinese restaurant, LuLu.

Dinner event at Tower Club

Finally get the chance to take photo with my colleagues... Today having our event at Changi Biz Park(IBM Headquarter) after that at Tower Club for dinner. The view is nice but only 4 members...

1st try playing golf

Yesterday morning went for my dental after that tap along my 2nd sis aheaded to Toa Payoh golf as she has been learning.

Overall quite fun... Though i know nuts about it! At least i able to hit most of the time... Better than playing bowling.... haha

Dinner event at Equinox

As usual go to work at 9am, do some data entry plus do some callings to golf clubs to check for availability dates for our clients.
Reached Equinox around 5.30pm, do some packaging for the door gifts and registrations.
It's a very nice scenery having dinner at there as the view especially at evening time.
The place gives a very good ambience. Hope that i ever had a chance to eat there. lol

If not, hope my future working office is high enough to see some nice views....

Happi Birthday, Alice

Yesterday was my 3rd sis, Alice's birthday. We bought her a Cocoa Napoleon, from The Patissier.

The cheese and chocolate flavoured mousse and the chocolaty crust underneath. Overall it tastes rich, the price also "rich"... lol
Half a kg $40++ sia~

A good friend of hers had baked a strawberry shortcake for her... So touchy!
Taste...Erm, PASS!!! 1st attempt could baked that is good enough...
Haha... The onli thing is that she didn't sliced the strawberries and put the whole fruit in between the layers of cake. So as we ate, we could see the whole chunk of strawberries inside.


Time flies man!!! A year ago, we were at Korea and went the Teddy Bear Museum on her birthday. Oh! When will be my next vacation?!

MoonCake Festival

Yesterday woke up early around 8plus as i plan to have a breakfast at Delifrance with my sisters.
Unfortunately, we realized that the outlets at Paragon & Taka were no longer there.
Then we changed to eat Dim Sum at Xin Fu Restaurant, Scotts.

After that aheaded to shop at Isetan, i wonder how come so many people awake that early to shop sai~ Then later went Ion Orchard as i haven shop yet and had our tea break at Dunkin Donuts.

Left Orchard around 5pm as we had no energy liao~ Sleepy sia

This year as usual ate some mooncakes bought from "Da Jie", Fairmont. My 2nd sis bought some from Malaysia which i feel that it's flavour quite special, charcoal... The packaging very nice. But this year no lanterns & candles...

Having a mild flu

Thursday had sore throat, Friday started running nose...
Yesterday went back to school for SIP (On-Campus Training Sessions) to share & discuss learning experience. After that went Tampines had lunch in foodcourt, i wasn't feeling too good. Feeling quite sleepy & tried and get a short nap inside the bus while i was on the way home~

Last night slept quite early, 10pm plus till 9.30am in the morning. Cooked myself porridge for breakfast...

Event at Hilton

Today had a half-day event at Hilton, have to reach by 7.30am.
I overslept but not too bad reached slightly later for 10mins...

3 weeks of my SIP in the event company, i realised there are many things to consider like the setting, the capacity of the hotel in order to meet clients' requirements.
Some small little things are not to be neglected like ensure the projector is not blocking the guests vision, distance between the speakers and the guests shouldn't be too near...

After that returned to office collated the attendees and construct the data from the survey forms into graphs.
This needs time to complete...

Saw this in the office which showed by my colleague, i feel that it's sooo cool to do that...

It's Friday!!!

Yesterday thought that could knock off on time but... I was keying my data the whole day can't finish on time in the end did till 6.30pm, still haven construct them into graphs!

Have to continue on Mon, i feel that I'm very slow while keying the data into excel (not familiar with the new version) my eyes kept played trick on me. Can't really focus well & my eyes were tired. Aiyo...

After that rushed to Bugis to meet Liwei & BeeGeok for dinner, steamboat!!! Before that, guess who i saw? I was walking towards Topone Building to cross the road near Mac, there is a lady just right in front of me. She look familiar & i called "Ela"... lolx
Indeed, it's HER!!! sooo coincidence

That day i was wearing stripy same for my 2 other friends... We had a great time eating and chatting.

Result out!!!!

Today, it's my second day of SIP, i wasn't feeling good throughout since yesterday. Thought my result would out ytd (registered by SMS). Keep checking my cellphone while it vibrated. At about 11am plus i saw the msg and glad that i clear all papers, disappointed as the grades of the 2 modules (QM and TM) weren't not my expectations which i put more effort in.

Today had a whole day event of IBM at Grand Copthorne WaterFront Hotel. I was told to do reception, collated the attendance in excel spreadsheet and at the end of the event help to pack up.
It's time for me to brush up my computer skills... as i had a hard time doing ;p

I have to be more alert as anything would happen during the event and have to be flexible which am still lack of.

SIP Launch

Today late for SIP launch and was caught by the teachers outside the lecture room. I was asked to write my name, admin, class and time... KNS :(

After the briefing and met our LO went Tampines watch movie with Aishah, Saihah, Juhuan, Diana and Azriah. Initially, we wanted to watch The Last House On The Left but no available at there so we changed to watch Dance Flick.

This movie is similar as the Scary Movie (Humor + Stupid + Lame). If u expect to see awesome dance don't watch this. hahaha

Movie with Jess

Yesterday went out with Jess for movie, Final Destination 4 at Cathay Cineplex. Although there are many gross scenes but I feel the previous part 1,2 & 3 of the Final Destination better.

After movie had a drink at TCC....

Oh! The next time i will be seeing her would be next year!!! Jess take good care of urself... :)

Exam Over Vacation Start

Finally clear all papers some are managable but got 2 papers which i'm quite concerned for...
Lome and LogPCS... The MCQs are quite tricky and the structured quesions for Lome are ok onli the Case Study. LogPCS not very satisfied with the way the quesions...

Everything is over so no point of bothering it just leave it and enjoy my 1 week plus vacation before my SIP starts... Getting excited!!!

Dessert Time!

Friday went GoodWood Park to eat dessert buffet with Ela, Diana & Juhuan.

3 hrs break

Yesterday after Lome lecture have 3 hours break so Diana, Mas and me decided to go E-hub to kill time... We had our lunch at BBQ chicken not bad as they having student promotion $7.90 set meal.


After eating slack at there chatting till 2plus and reached school ard 3.30pm still early for our next tut at 4pm so sat at the staircase....
